Oh, i have some suggestion for this forum.
1. Please, decrease the number of pictures on the site, it'll help the site to load faster.
2. Please, make an mobile site for mobile users. It'll help to get more people on the forum.
3. Please, make a personal note book for users.
4. Please, make a notification system for users. It's so hard to check email every time.

This page loads faster than google search pages in my browser? (I have average 10-15 KBPS net)
google took $12.1$ s, and this site took $8.3$ sec
1. There is almost no image in this site. So the only way to decrease it would be to delete the logo and user avatar.
2. I have planned to create one in January, but I believe that you can see this site correctly using opera mini.

3. I don't understand what a personal notebook is.
4. It is simply impossible to create a facebook like notification system, but when you enter the forum you can read use "view active topics" to see the last topics. Or can use "view your posts" and check whether anyone has replied of not.

Moon answered everything. I have something to add about the 4th point.
I never saw anything like that in any forums (I am not member of a lot though.). I usually check updates by "view new posts" I think that is absolutely equivalent to notification. It shows you the posts after posted you signed out last time.
Also, deferent icons are used for diferent types of posts, I think its really easy to check updates.

ভাল কথা আজকে ফেসবুক কিভাবে লোড হয় সেইটা নিয়া একটু গবেষণা করতে গিয়া চরম অবাক হইলাম। ফেসবুকের হোম পেজের সাইজ ১.৩ মেগাবাইট।
কিন্তু প্রায় ১.২ মেগাবাইট লোড হয় ক্যাশ থেকে মানে আমাদের ব্রাউজার থেকে। আর একটা ব্যাপার হল ফেসবুক চালু হবার পরও সেটা ৪-৫ মিনিট লোড হইতেই থাকে।
আর এইখানেই আমাদের সাইট ভারী বানানোর সবচেয়ে বড় সমস্যা; কারণ ৩-৪ মিনিট পর কেন ১ মিনিট লোড হইতে লাগা মানে ১ মিনিট পর সমীকরণ দেখতে পাওয়া; ফেসবুকে ১ মিনিট পর বন্ধুর নতুন প্রোফাইল পিকাচার দেখা গেলে তেমন সমস্যা নাই।(পুরানটা ক্যাশ থেকেই লোড হবে)
তবে এই সাইটের ক্যাশিংও অসাধারণ! প্রায় ৯০% লোড হয় ব্রাউজারের ক্যাশ থেকে।
