An Easy Geometry Problem

A triangular pyramid has edge of length $\sqrt{2}$, the
volume is $\frac{a}{b}$ where a, b are co-primes. b-a = ?

The answer is 2 . The area of the base of the pyramid or the equilateral triangle is 3 square root /2 and the length of the altitude from the top of the pyramid is 2/3 square root hence the volume must be 1/3 and 3-1=2
