@Shawon: Actually your solution is not correct, and Mehfuj is right. Just check a few more equations (or the whole set of 25 equations!) manually. Actually you have to do like- subtract,add, subtract...so on.
So the ans will be \$A-Z=1-2+3-\cdots-26=-13\$.
