The sum of the age of Nonte and Fonte is $25$ and the sum of the age of Nut and Boltu is $40$ . If Nut is at least $2$ years elder than Nonte then Boltu is at least how many years elder then Fonte?

How can this be 22? I think this should be 13!
Cuz..
If nonte+fonte=25
or, nonte=25-fonte.........................(1)
and nut+boltu=40...........................(2)
Here, nut=nonte+2 [at least]
So, So, equation 2 stands,
nut+boltu=40
or, nonte+2+boltu=40
or, 25-fonte+2+boltu=40
or, boltu=fonte+13
Which means boltu has to be older than fonte by 13 years..
Correct me if I am wrong!
Be a good person but don't waste time to prove it..

There cannot be two at least phrases in the problem to have a meaningful answer to it. One of these should be at least while the other at best.
