That does not mean $2$ depends on $b$. Ok..according to the updated defination of function we can define function with dependent and independent variable....y=2x..here, y is depending on the value of x..so,why you want to say that in 2=ab...2 is not depending on b?

@Tanvir....of course 9.8......now see g is a constant for a specific place,if I take 420 as the value of m I have to take the value of F 4116.Here no other value of F is acceptable..because g is a constant.What will be the value of F ,it is depends only the value of m....Why I can't use the value of...

Ok, this is an easy problem..if you read in wikipedia about FERMAT NUMBER you can get the answer........2^2^5=2^32=4294967297
so ,you can see that 4294967297/641...........and that is your ans.
