In maximum , out of 10 triangles , the area of 5 of them will be equal to each other and other 5 will also be equal to each other . Now , if you draw a star shape by using the five points of a regular pentagon , you might get the answer and area also .

Here only a rectangular regular polygon can be used . Because all the angles of the tile is 90 degree .
