Help me with some basic instructions please
Since I have less Idea (some case no idea) about some mathematical terms.I like to seek help from u guys. please help me with useful replies- ques no 1- we know in modular arithmatics if $ a\equiv b(mod c)$............(1) then $. a-b\equiv 0(mod c)$ but how can we identify $ a/b\equiv ? Re: Dhaka Higher Secondary 2010/1 (Secondary 2010/8)
I have no idea about summations, Do not even know what does the symbols and variables mean there( I beg someone teach me what are they, physics give me a lot of trouble for this), but comin to the function, for any number n, if it is prime then $\phi (n)$ is 0, and if it is not prime then it will co...

Re: Rangpur Higher Secondary 2011/8
My answer is 480, please check it there are four ways, the flags can be flagged like this 1st pole 2nd pole a. 4 1 b. 3 2 c. 2 3 d. 1 4 case a- the total number of permutations is 4! 5C4= 120(since 4 out of 5 can be selected in 5C4 ways)(all of them in the first pole) case b- the total number of per...

Re: Dhaka Secondary 2011/9
Since if the values of x=2y typed then $X^2$ and $2^x$ will give the same remainder divided by 3, so, x is obviously even, for the first even number y=1, so actually the question becomes like this (2+4+6+8+........................4020+4022)(mod 1000)=?? or $2011.2012 (mod 1000)$ $2011.2012$= $(2000+...

Re: Dhaka Secondary 2011/8
The answer is 33, to my reckon, here is how I got it: Let the Number is $ABCCBA$ $BCCB$ is dividable by 4 which means the probable value of BC is 04 to 96= 24 ways and the value of A is 2,4,6,8 among the 24 values of BC, 24/3= 8 values are dividable by 6(also 00 is dividable by 6, but will count it ...
