Font problem

some thing like this appears:

এখন ফোরামের নির্দেশিকা বাংলায়ও পড়া যাবে; Forum Guide & Rules এই টপিকে ইংরেজী নির্দেশিকার পরেই বাংলায় নির্দেশিকা পাবেন। :)


i have installed latex fonts but why can't i read the above?

It was a unicode text. Chrome users face this problem. Change your browser encoding to UTF-8
Go to Settings>Show advanced settings>Web content>Customize fonts>Encoding
