I don't understand what you mean. Please give me an example.
If you want to use \not then write $n \not | 2n+1 \forall \; n \not =1$

Oh...Please submit any problem/suggestion on appropriate forum (i.e. in this case Site Support)

Please install LaTeX fonts in your PC for better looking equations,
learn how to write equations, and don't forget to read Forum Guide and Rules.

Actually I just wanted to test Latex type because I got surprised,it indeed works.Sorry for a wrong post.
One one thing is neutral in the universe, that is $0$.
