In a figure drawn in euclidean plain, Let $A$ be its area and $S$ be the set of its points. For points $P$ and $Q$ in $S$, prove that minimum of the maximum possible length of $PQ$ is $2\sqrt{\dfrac{A}{\pi}}$.

Prove that circle gives the minimum, hence the result.
