for which combination of rubik's cube does it take to solve with the highest turns while there is no turn doing doubles?

i think it takes 17 as i heard. Couldnt solve it yet still managing.

If you meant the optimal solution then the best algorithm can solve a cube within 20 moves.

The answer is 20..as much as I know..You can prove it by group theory...
