Algebric Problem

Solve the following equation
\[(z-1)(z+2)= (z+4)(z-2)\]

$(z-1)(z+2)= (z+4)(z-2)$
$\Rightarrow$ $z^{2}+2z-z-2=z^{2}-2z+4z-8$
$\Rightarrow$ $z-2=2z-8$
$\Rightarrow$ $z=6$
