counting probabilities is always included in combi in the general sense no matter how we count.
1.a) Sakib Tanvir is right...
There are $2^6$ possible combinations of heads and tails and among them $6!/4!2!$ (i.e.HHTTTT) are 2 heads and 4 tails... so $15/64$
