Problem in Finding the sum of series

in HSC txt book, in 8B exercise, there is a technique that tells us how to find a sum of a series . That general term(shadharon pod) of that series have to be the difference of any two general term( por por hote hobe) of an arithmatic series. i.e = 1.2.3 +2.3.4 +..........ur

here they tells that, we've to find ur first. and that ur is equal to vr - vr-1 (ekhane 'r' ta v er niche hobe)


and vr = a+(r+k)b. but ei bhabe korte gele hoy na. jodi vr= a+(r+(k-1)b) hoy tahole mile.

Another Prob: 3^x+4^x = 5^x find all the real number of x? (this was set in BdMO)

2nd prob:if x is a real number ,there might be many solns,but if $$x\in R$$,there is no soln $$\geq3$$
