you will find the khalifa's law in the ''uchho madhomic jamiti o calculas'' by A.K.M. Lutfuzzaman
Re: Khalifa's Law!
It is in the chapter 3 (chapter of circles). The law is nothing that much fancy; it just says that the equation of the circle going through $3$ points $A\equiv (x_1,y_1),B\equiv (x_2,y_2),C\equiv (x_3,y_3)$ is the following
\[ \frac{(x_3-x_1)(x_3-x_2)+(y_3-y_1)(y_3-y_2)}{\dfrac{x_3-x_1}{x_1-x_2}-\dfrac{y_3-y_1}{y_1-y_2}}\]
\[ \frac{(x_3-x_1)(x_3-x_2)+(y_3-y_1)(y_3-y_2)}{\dfrac{x_3-x_1}{x_1-x_2}-\dfrac{y_3-y_1}{y_1-y_2}}\]
