FIND OUT THE LAST 3 DIGITS

$1^1+2^2+3^3+4^4+5^5+...+2012^{2012}$ ..What is the last three digits of the number?

This problem is a modified version of the Project Euler problem, and thus I assume the sir mentioned here is Sarfaraz bhai, and this is actually a programming problem. In general, as long as you do not want to count the congruences individually, there is no general way of determining that.
