Finding x,y,z

Find all \[x,y,z\] that \[x^{y}+y^{z}+z^{x}\] is a perfect square if there exist any.

as you didn't say about how the relation between x,y and z is

if y=z then
4^2+2^2+2^4 =16+4+16=6^2
x=4,y=2,z=2
???

What is the mean?It does not make any sense.
One one thing is neutral in the universe, that is $0$.
