From NEUTRON to PROTON and ELECTRON

If we store a neutron instantly it will turn into a proton and an electron .But formation of neutron(u,d,d) is different from formation of proton (u,u,d) .So, how a neutron can turn into a proton and an electron ??

It's not instantly. They have mean life time of about 15 minutes.
One of the down quarks decay to up quark + W boson because of weak interaction. The W boson then decays to electron + neutrino.

WOWWW...incredible ..But Tanvir vai I can't get how an interchange between Boson and Fermion takes place??

Both energy and mass are intrinsic property of particles.
