you cannot keep $F$ unchanged if you change $m$. So, the question is mute.

It seems like you are intentionally trying to make the argument longer.

Lets be absolutely specific : Does the value of $g$ change if the value of $m$ is changed?
Answer Yes or No. No talking about other stuff or weird definition of functions and variables.

Every logical solution to a problem has its own beauty.

The answer is : No.

Because whatever $m$ you put in you always get the same $g$. It does not matter how you write the equations, what matters is whether the input changes the output. In this case, it does not. So, the output ($g$) is independent of the input ($m$).

Then we can re-write the thing as, "প্রযুক্ত বল স্থির থাকলে ভরের পরিবর্তন ঘটলে g এর মানের পরিবর্তন ঘটে " but these words has no meaning. As m changes, F changes and g remains the same.
