How many of you here are Biology 'haters'? State with the reason.

I don't like biology because I do not like to memorize a lot of stuffs. In my opinion biology is the least organized science. ;)

I think that we can not reach at such conclusive decision. Please give us some reason behind your choice so that we might agree/refute. :)

Well, there is lots of misconceptions regarding biology. Considering the magnitude of complexities it studies, it is hell of an organized science. We just yet to learn to appreciate it. For promoting this view, I've started a treatise on biology as a series of notes titled জীবনের গল্প. Those with Facebook account can check it out:

Actually I wanted to know |Biology| $\bigcap$ |Mathematics| = ? I needed to know how many math lovers love biology. Intersection occurs very rarely! I'm trying to find why. So, thought the forum might be a good place for a survey. It's not a debate between biology and mathematics.

When i was in college, the first thing i read in Biology was two classification of living organ,i can't remember exactly, it was Bentham & Hooker's... & i forgot the other one! :?

Those devastating words, still hunt me down at dreams!

Those who don't know it yet, you can check it out here!!
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bentham_%26_Hooker_system

So,the reason i don't like to read it,goes with Moon. It has a lot of stuff to memorize, & i don't like to memorize too! For the same reason,i don't like Chemistry second paper...

& there's some other reason too! I was too poor at drawing, then i started to dislike it as because although i was giving effort, i wasn't able to have a good score!

To me, Biology seems like a subject where you can learn only by reading, the topics are merely linked with each other, there's no way from where i could have a possible hypothesis onto something based on the previous others!
Or maybe to predict onto something, the fundamentals that is needed is too vast! :( I am not sure!

But Biology is nice! Its just a bit tough to read for a few!

I don't like biology  neither do math
I only like biology or math if it gets related with astronomy. :D
Like calculation as math
and finding life beyond earth needs study of biology sometimes; ;) actually every topic is related with each other we can't actually separate the topics totally

biology vs. math-e biology's points must be negative infinity...............................u.................n.................l................i................m..................i..........t..............e................d......
it is a cruel truth that we need study biology regularly to remember
so who wants to show to be a 'silencer' just and just reading?? ;)
