We know that a typical cell has nucleus, chromosome, mitochondria, plasma membrane, plastid, micro tubules, ribosomes etc. Can anyone tell more of these that we might not know?

Why should we waste the space of the forum for something that is already in the web.
I am not discouraging you to post or ask questions. I think that (like your other posts, which are fine) you should ask specific questions about the cell parts. It's better not to ask something like -- "tell me everything you know".

Cell is the fundamental unit of the body. Animal cell and plant cell differ from each other as both has different location of nucleus, In the animal cell it is found in the center of the cell while in case of plant cell it is pushed to side of the cell. Nucleus control cell activities, metabolism and store genetic information like DNA, Chromosome are found in the DNA and every species have different number of chromosome e.g. human has 46. These are associated with the hereditary information. While mitochondria store energy and also known as power house. It store energy in the form of ATP and cell use this energy. Plasma membrane is the cell membrane that surrounds the cell and it gives shape to the cell. It is a semipermeable in nature

Endoplasmic Reticulum: The endoplasmic reticulum is a collection of folded membranes that transport materials throughout the cell.
