I don't know why you want to learn group theory now. Probably it would be better yo learn it after a while.
All the books I am going to name can be found at http://www.kmcbd.org/books (read "বই কোথায় পাওয়া যায়?")
For modular arithmetic: You have to be comfortable with basic divisibility before you learn modular arithmetic. The mistake that most of the people do is that they learn modular arithmetic before basic NT; therefore they fail to understand the real power of modular arithmetic.
For NT: Read 104 Number Theory problems (first 70 pages is good for beginners). After that you may like to read some text books like Theory of Numbers: A Text and Source Book of Problems or NT by Thelang.
Combinatorics: I am not that good at combi (maybe Abir vi and others can give you good suggestion). You should probably start with Techniques in Combinatorics (it is really a cool book for beginners). Then you may try something advanced as 101 Combinatorics Problems, A Path to Combinatorics for Undergraduates etc.
In general to learn more about problem solving you must read the art and craft of problem solving.
