Weather Forecast

I was just wondering while I was reading about NASA probes and mission. They can predict almost anything
that will lead to success of of probe landing. My questions are
1. Does weather change or (may be doesn't exsist) affect anyway on the project to send a probe to mars. If so how does they predict. Can you write the name of the probe works to predict weather change (
if there is a change) and also I want to know which problem is the biggest to scientist when they want to send a probe to mars.

They have weather predictions; but of course they are usually wrong. So, they have control centers from where they can control the probe/robot just like a remote controlled plane.
I don't think there is any "biggest" problem. There are lots of small problems and engineering details, all of which needs to correctly dealt with.
BTW, most of the American mars probes were built at/by my university.

The first part is answer to your question. My university is Caltech.
The second part is a remark about the requirement of minimum length 10 of any post. So, I could not just post "Caltech" because it's only 7 characters.
