As far as I know, gravitational force reacts upon light. So is there any effect of this reaction if we are watching Venus or Neptune?

I don't think it's not only the earth's mass which will fact. There are other planets as well.

Who said only earth's mass will effect?Other planets will also do so, at least theoretically. But as I said before, it's too small to measure.

the measure was $1.72^{\circ}$,whereas theoretically it was $1.75^{\circ}$ .

That's why it gave a practical proof of G.T.R.

Yes. I know about two other practical proofs: the perihilion passage of Mercury, and most probably another is related to Dopler effect.

I know that. Two groups of scientists measured the angle, one from Brazil, I think.the leader was Arther Eddington. But I read Einstein in his book. He gave them in this serial: 1st Mercury, then gravitation, then Dopler.
