The Consteller Map

I've seen the circular odd looking map several times, but never tried to understand it. But it appeared on astro-olympiad again! And I stumbled. So can any one upload a consteller map and tech me what is that thing and how can I recognise the stars,galaxies and other steller objects.

There is a good Bangla book named "তারা পরিচিতি"।

I couldnt find the one that I've seen in the olympiad but here it goes:

Besides, it's also freeware! :)
If computers have no doors or fences, who needs Windows and Gates?

Star Walk 2 is one of the best apps to understand consteller MAP.
