A planet (from Greek , alternative form of "wanderer") is a celestial body orbiting a star or stellar remnant that is massive enough to be rounded by its own gravity, is not massive enough to cause thermonuclear fusion, and has cleared its neighbouring region of planetesimals.(from wikipedia)
So, I think it is clear that there is not any planet like you described.

Planets which orbit other planets are called satellite, example - the moon.

Sometimes satellites become planets and planets become satellites due to gravitation.

Gravitation is proportional to the masses of the objects and inversely proportional to the distance between their centers of gravity.......

planets are just the remnant of a supernova or hypernova of stars.
gravitation acts more gently with the star and its orbiting planet and with the host planet and its satellite
but it becomes more gigantic when we talk about binary star systems which are most common ones in the known universe

Yes,there are planet which are not orbiting any star. They are called rouge planet. There are too many this kind of planets. We cannot see them in visible light. They are also called orphant planet.
