The sum of the $7$ positive integers are $7\times17=119$.The value of any of the positive integer is at least $1$.So,the maximum value that one of this numbers may have is $113$.

It must be told whether those are seven different positive integers or might be same. If they might be the same, then the answer is 113. But if the condition applies such they are seven different integers, the result is 98.
7*17 =119. On the other hand six smallest positive integers are 1,2,3,4,5 & 6 and thier aggregate is 21. That case the biggest probable number is 119 - 21= 98 :P :P
